Welcome to Bistrovel ("we", "our", "the Service"). Bistrovel provides restaurants with an online website, menu hosting, ordering system, and payment integration via Stripe and Stripe Connect.
By using Bistrovel, creating a restaurant account, or placing an order, you ("User", "Customer", "Restaurant Owner") agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Users must provide accurate and complete information. Restaurant Owners must keep business, tax, bank, and menu information updated.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Restaurant Owners using Bistrovel must accept the Stripe Connect Platform Agreement.
All subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe, and Bistrovel does not store your payment card details. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with Stripe's terms, including the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and Stripe Services Agreement.
If applicable, platform fees or subscription charges will be displayed during account creation.
Bistrovel offers subscription plans that provide access to certain features of the Platform. Subscription details, including fees, billing cycles, and feature access, are displayed on your account dashboard or the pricing page.
Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle (monthly, yearly, or as indicated at sign-up), using the payment method you provide via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Bistrovel to charge your chosen payment method for each billing cycle until you cancel your subscription.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or change your subscription plan at any time. Plan changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable EU or Danish law.

If payment is not successfully received for any billing cycle, Bistrovel may suspend or restrict access to your account until payment is received. Bistrovel reserves the right to terminate accounts in the event of repeated non-payment.
All disputes regarding food quality, fulfillment, or delivery must be directed to the Restaurant Owner.
Bistrovel does not issue refunds for food or delivery services.
All platform features, templates, code, branding, and design elements are the property of Bistrovel. Restaurants retain the rights to their own content (logos, photos, menu items).

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations. Restaurants remain responsible for final payouts or pending transactions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
